UK delivery is free on every order, with same-day dispatch when you order before 2pm on a working day.

Order before 2pm on a working day and we'll dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally dispatched the next working day.

We aim to deliver within 2 working days of dispatch. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. If you're in Europe, the United States or elsewhere, please email hello@taelpet.com before ordering and we'll do our best to help. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

Before your order is dispatched

• To cancel: we'll cancel your order and refund you in full.
• To change your delivery address: we'll update it for you.
• To change what you ordered: we can't edit items or quantities, but we can cancel your order so you can place a new one.

After your order is dispatched

• We can't cancel it or change the delivery address, as it's already on its way.
• You can still return any unopened pouches within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund policy.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, so the sooner you get in touch, the better.

Your payment method is charged automatically before each delivery, and we'll email you a reminder beforehand so you always know what's coming.

Yes. If you've changed your mind, unopened pouches with the seal intact can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@taelpet.com with your order number first and we'll send you instructions. Return postage isn't refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

We're sorry! Please email hello@taelpet.com with your order number and photos, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Once your refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or card provider to process it.

It depends on your dog's weight and tummy:

• Up to 10kg: ½ scoop a day
• 10–25kg: 1 scoop a day
• 25–40kg: 1½ scoops a day
• Over 40kg: 2 scoops a day

One 100g pouch lasts about 4 weeks for a medium dog (1 scoop a day), around 7 weeks for a small dog (½ scoop), and 2–3 weeks for larger dogs (1½–2 scoops). Our feeding guide shows exactly how many pouches your dog needs.

Mix it into your dog's wet or dry food once a day. Give the full amount in one meal or split it across meals. You can also get creative: mash it with a little banana or plain yoghurt and spread it on a lick mat for a tasty treat they'll work for.

Taël is a mild powder that mixes straight into wet or dry food, and most dogs don't even notice it's there. For very fussy eaters, start with a smaller amount, or mix it with a little banana or plain yoghurt on a lick mat.

Keep the pouch sealed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and out of reach of children and pets. Always use the scoop provided, and wash your hands after handling.

Avoid giving Taël at the same time as macrolide-type antibiotics, as stated on our label. Taël can usually be given alongside other supplements. If your dog is on any medication or has a health condition, check with your vet before starting.
